Information from April 2007 shows that a Cooking Assistant’s earnings were between $24,286 and $30,402, Executive Chefs were between $55,482 and $84,575, Executive Pastry Chefs made between $44,516 and $66,693, Sous-Chefs earned between $31,670 and $49,243, Food Scientists made between $47,031 and $71,497, and Line Cooks earned between $19,243 and $25,194.
